An eye-catching Halloween decoration that’s so different it’s hard to look away from.

Witches, pumpkins, zombies and ghosts are necessary for a great Halloween. Yes, we love these spooky characters too, but it’s also nice to inject some originality into the mix.  After all, brainstorming for new and creative costume ideas used to be half the fun.

While getting dressed up may be a thing of the past, working in an office setting brings with it many interesting cubicle decorating possibilities.  witchy-owl-cubicle-decor-purpleAnd it’s still nice to set yourself apart from the rest by seeking out exceptionally unique Halloween decor that no one else is using.

The Witchy Owl Halloween Greeter is not easy to categorize or even describe. Part witch, part owl and part pumpkin(?), this one-of-a-kind decoration looks like some whimsical creation straight out of Harry Potter.

The odd but loveable creature stands on its two crow-like feet and greets you as you enter your cubicle.  Two large, unblinking, trance-inducing eyes lock onto your own and render you powerless to look away.  Atop the round, bulbous head perches an elongated witch’s hat, complete with colored stripes, and spindly fringe.

The character is made of thin metal and is carefully painted with rich and vibrant colors.  The inquiring eyes protrude a little from the face and can be turned slightly in different directions.  There is no hole for fastening the owl to your cubicle wall, but it’s light enough that a few T-pins or a cubicle clip will do the trick.  The feet are also designed to stand solidly on flat surfaces such as a desk, bookshelf or mantle.

Bring this quirky critter to work on Halloween and your cubicle will no doubt become the center of attention.
